COVID-19 Latina/Latino Studies (LTNS) Student Support & Resources
Dear LTNS Students,
I hope you all are doing well and in good health — physically, emotionally, mentally. The move to online instruction and covid-related social distancing have been big transitions for us all.
Your instructors are making adjustments to ensure that learning opportunities continue even when we are not coming together on campus. Thank you for your patience during this time as we all shift into new modes of interacting with one another. I've asked your instructors to keep in mind that the COVID-19 pandemic also brings with it new responsibilities and stressors that may not have previously been a part of our day-to-day lives. Together, we will create a stable learning environment that is rooted in compassion.
Below are links to some resources that may be useful for you, your friends, family members and neighbors.
Sincerely and in community,
Katynka Martinez
Professor and Department Chair
I hope you're staying healthy, taking good care of yourselves and your loved ones and navigating this time with care and as much calm as possible.
